In return for participating in our surveys,
you will receive points from us.
The amount of points you receive from us varies from study to study, depending on how long the survey is and how difficult the survey topic is to answer. You can then redeem these points in YourKynetec rewards.
You can currently choose between 3 different reward types:
- E-Gift cards from different companies
- Digital debit cards that you can use to pay for your purchases in online stores
You can
redeem your rewards yourself on our rewards page. You can access the rewards page by either logging into your personal community page, or we automatically redirect you to your personal community page after completing each survey.
All of these rewards are distributed electronically and will automatically be sent to the email address stored in your member profile after you redeem your points.
For most surveys, the points that you have collected by completing the survey will automatically be added to your account. For some surveys this process is not automatized yet, and it might take a few days for the points to show up on your account balance. We are constantly working on this automatic update process and hope that all of our surveys will automatically update your community points.
If a member’s account is inactive for twenty-four (24) consecutive months, all points in that member’s account will be forfeited at that time, but the member’s account will remain open (with the ability to earn new points thereafter) unless the member’s account is otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms. Under no circumstances will forfeited points be reinstated. Active members can remain active in YourKynetec by (i) receiving points via authorized means, (ii) redeeming points.
